ÚOHS fines Chamber of Pharmacists
Chamber broke competition rules by regulating promotions, customer discount cards and other practices. A chamber regulation issued in 1998 prevented pharmacists from posting signs more than a specified distance from their shops or providing customers with information about special sales and prices of over-the-counter medicines. The descision came into force on 20 April 2006.
