Bid rigging construction cartel fined CZK 2.036 billion
On the 6th November 2015, the Office for the Protection of Competition adopted the first instance decision regarding bid-rigging cartel agreement in the construction sector. The fines imposed on the cartel members amount to CZK 2.036 billion.
As there is a high probability that the parties to the proceeding will appeal the decision to the Chairman of the Office, the Office will not provide further information on the case until the decision comes into force.
