PPF Holding can acquire full control of Prague O2 Arena
The Office for the Protection of Competition approved in the simplified procedure a merger of PPF Group N.V. and LINDUS SERVICES LIMITED. As a result of reviewed transaction, PPF will gain full control of LINDUS and its subsidiaries, among others company Bestsport Arena, a.s., that manages multi-function arena in Prague, currently called “O2 Arena”.
The decision has already entered into force.
